ugh.....preparing for the worse....3/4 of .home place 5 acres is in a flood zone with Hog Creek a stones throw from my front door. Goat barn is in a lower area so have been concentrating on having places for them to get "up on" out of the flooding. Worse case I turn them loose to move up the hill behind the house. We've endured 4-6" rains but they are saying possibly more than that.

Aaron Tuttle is fairly calm and is the only weather guy I have heard that does not use drama to bait folks.

And from what Tuttle forecasted yesterday, I think Tulsa is excluded from intense rain forecasted for OKC.

Had a heavy mist/drizzle when i got to the farm this morning, but not enough to get out of just put on jersey jacket to keep dry and continued about my work even if it wasnt what i was planning on doing there is always something to do.
