I've use Wolff. But the Apex kit is probably OK too. To either kit I would add polishing this inside of the frame where this trigger spring guide rides (rubs actually). Use 600 or finer wet/dry paper. Remember to polish and not remove metal.

The recommendations for the Kuhnhausen book and Miculek video are good. I do generally warn against dropping the spring weight below 9 pounds because you run the risk of light primer strikes (the firing pin just dimples the primer and fails to set the round off). If you do go very light in weight, I also recommend using Federal ammo as their primers tend to be softer. For even more information, you should also check out www.smith-wessonforum.com/forum.

From what I can gauge its around 12-13 lbs right now, 9-9.5 will be relief! And thanks! It's one of my personal causes :)
