This is how the law is written. Do not go inside any shelter, restroom, or anything with a roof and four walls is how I understand it. Please correct me and elaborate if I'm wrong about this.

The way I understand it is structured inside parks are okay as long as the structure is not designated for doing business with the public.

I believe it's buildings specifically for the state doing business with the public, but this is pretty much it.

From the SDA

"Any structure, building, or office space which is owned or leased by a city, town, county, state, or federal governmental authority for the purpose of conducting business with the public"

I know that in certain Tulsa parks restrooms, undercover officers are "conducting business" with johns who want to "get busy". Does that count as doing business with the public? :lookaroun
