Anybody know the official policy on OC in Tulsa parks? I heard the city ordinance weas supposed to get alligned with state law, but have heard no more.

The way I understand it is structured inside parks are okay as long as the structure is not designated for doing business with the public.

I believe it's buildings specifically for the state doing business with the public, but this is pretty much it.

I know that in certain Tulsa parks restrooms, undercover officers are "conducting business" with johns who want to "get busy". Does that count as doing business with the public?
