So if a mosquito gets in the quarantine and bites this guy and then the same mosquito bites a bunch of other people then everybody gets Malaria and we have 90 million coffins to fill by Christmas?

I'm not sure. They say that malaria is only endemic to mosquitos in the tropics. That it isn't contagious person to person. That mosquitos only feed once. That it isn't mosquito season anyway. BUT, that's what THEY say!
a skeeter only feeds once? Then how could it spread a disease from one person to another?
