At one time I had a PDF of the "lease" agreement for that land. The lease is completely perpetual, cannot be voided without the consent of the U.N., and the U.S. agreed to defer jurisdiction to the U.N. so long as the U.N. occupies it.
I just spent about 20 minutes trying to find it on this computer, but to no avail. Google's not helping me either...
