Very nice!
I've been thinking about gettin' a .44Mag myself but not sure if I oughta get the Alaskan with the 5" barrel or 2.5" barrel or if I oughta get a S&W Model 629.
Either way it'll match up with the lever action I wanna' get. My dad got me hooked on wanting a lever action after shooting his 30-30 and .357Mag Marlins the last time we went to the range.

I have 5 S&W 29-2's they are the top of the line in .44 mag.

Just a question. I'm not totally familiar with the 29-2's. I've owned an Interarms .44 mag that was stolen that would take a max load that even a .44 rifle mag would.

Now have the .44 mag Super Redhawk that shoots the same load as my rifle. Max recommended. I love Smiths. Will they take the same max load that a Redhawk will?
