Failed to deliver…again.
Failed to deliver…again.
Aww man, someone figured it out?
I'm that guy in OKC. Me and my coworkers exemplify the best in customer service. The same goes for the folks in the OKC mail plant. Nobody works with an agenda. Only thought is to process as much mail as they can with the limits of the shift. In my 2 years in automation we always ran 100% of the first class mail and as much standard as the shift allowed. I never saw anyone intentionally curtail anything. As fu*ked up as a lot of the folks here have demonstrated, the microcosm that is the OKC metro is pretty squared away.Look up 'USPS problems' on YouTube. Let's just say there's an ample supply of videos to keep you busy for about the next 20 years.
And I know what you're saying about the front desk clerks. There's a big guy at the Ada PO front desk who's really squared away and helpful.

I’ve been to the OKC mail station off Reno. I can guarantee this is a government ran operation, it’s not good.I'm that guy in OKC. Me and my coworkers exemplify the best in customer service. There's two. The substation at Reno and Meridian and the Farley Finance Unit at the SE corner of the mail processing plant. Which one gave you the poor experience? Do you remember the clerk's name?I’ve been to the OKC mail station off Reno. I can guarantee this is a government ran operation, it’s not good.
