I never received my utilities bill in the mail for this billing period.

Usually I receive the bill in the mail around the 1 or 2 of each month. A few times as late as the 7th. Payment is due on the 10th. On the 14 I received a letter from the city office stating that I need to pay my bill or my utilities will be shut off.

But I never received my bill which is my reminder to go in and pay it. Plus it lets me know how much.

I'm having to take an hour off work to go get this taken care of, cause I am usually at work when the office opens, and getting off work after they close.

Here is is the 17th and I still haven't seen my bill that I should have received in the mail over 2 weeks ago.

Over half the bills in town were lost this month. Nearly half of the cut off notices were lost.
I have ours on auto pay, but I do need to see the bill and amount.
City is stirring the pot complaining about PO. We only have 3 carriers. 2 have had major wrecks in the last 5 months and been off trying to heal. They transferred a temp over, but he is not up the quality of what we had.

Also. I'd like to know why it doesn't stay local.
The city of Newkirk sends they meter readings to an out of town office to fill out the bills. Then they get sent back to the city. Then the city sends them out on the required date to the home owners. So then the bills go out of town again, Tulsa, to get sent back to the home owners, all of which are within 1.5 miles of the city office.

It doesn't make sense to me. But I think they need to figure out a way to keep everything in house, or in town. Keep it local.

Has informed delivery been inaccurate lately for anyone else? It seems to have gotten fairly unreliable.
It’s been iffy a few times. Mostly when I get the scam text about an item not being deliverable. Which doesn’t make sense because if the texts are a scam, then what’s the actual holdup?

Arrived at USPS Destination Facility
OKLAHOMA CITY OK DISTRIBUTION CENTER

Good news! It has arrived in OKC twice now!
Starting to think I won't receive it last Friday as promised.
Well, it never left OKC, never arrived in Mustang, but it was delivered today. We'll have to check the condition it's in
