I bought a Remington 870 a while back and it came with an extra barrel.
It's a 20 inch rifled slug barrel with rifled sights. Hastings by Verney Carron, made in France, is on 1 side of barrel, and special steel 12 Ga shells 3" is on the other side. It's been parkerized and is O.D. green. I'll never use it so my question is, what is this thing worth? Thanks for any input.
Maybe a better question would be...... If I never plan to shoot slugs out of it, will it hurt anything (namely me, a hunting buddy, or my receiver if I shoot buck-shot or bird-shot or #4's out of it?
