Very depressing story (baby found dead after mom overdosed)

Autopsy report just released in Tennessee case.
Probation officer went to the home, looked through window and saw woman non responsive on the floor, doors were locked, she called 911.
Autopsy results says 32-year-old mother of two children had been dead for several days following meth/fentanyl overdose.
Toddler daughter was alive inside the house.
Baby boy found dead in a car seat inside the home, died from starvation and dehydration.
Older child had tried to feed her baby brother eggs and other food.
Both deaths ruled accidental.
