Want To Buy Vihtavuori 3N37 Smokeless Powder

I’m in desperate need of some Vihtavuori 3N37. Only neeeed a pound for scientific purposes, but if I could get my hands on more I would be thrilled. Not looking to mortgage my house, but I would be willing to pay a fair premium.
I could also use a few pounds of lead ingots processed and ready to be cast into bullets.
