It's laughable that you believe in gun rights, when in every other important way, your views are anathema to freedom and liberty. What you really are is an elitist, who only what's true freedom and liberty for yourself and those who agree with you on everything. Your brand of "conservatism" is revolting.

I'm not an 'elitist', I just think the government should propogate conservative ideals and suppress un-american ideas. Communism and liberalism are the enemies of my brand of 'conservatism' and they must be suppressed. Gay marriage, Sodomy and abortion was not even an issue less than 50 years ago. We need government policies that fundamentally change our society. That comes at a cost. We have to go to our schools and educate our children, we have to regulate the media to assure that un-american ideas don't poison our democracy. and don't get me started on the rights of the unborn.
