Weatherby branded safe question

So, a friend bought a house that had a safe in it. The safe appears empty but he has no combo. Who should he contact and what documentation would he need.
The Weatherby safe link on the net is defunct.

The safes produced for Weatherby were made by American Securites in Fontana California. Try calling 800-421-6142 and have your serial number handy as well as whatever else you might have that would identify the model.

Ok, got more info. The safe was left open so he is using it as a storage cabinet but left open. If he closes it, he wouldn’t be able to get it back open. Sounds like a combo change would be easy enough. There should be a hole in the back of the door for access to an Allen head screw to move the dial setting.
He’s probably not up yet. I’ll ask him in a little bit.
