Panasonic was looking at building a plant in Pryor, then they nixed the deal. I read that some of our lawmakers are saying this is because we are too red in our politics. They just can't help themselves, Panasonic clearly decided to nix this plant altogether because they can see that people aren't buying EV's. They even said they weren't going forward with building it, but our politicos just can't accept it and were chalking it up to going to another and bluer state. Jeeze...There's gonna be a lot of teeth gnashing before too much longer.

In addition, I guess that there are storms and flooding up in Maine, where someone up there wants the state to have a 100% mandate for EV's for its citizens. However, the flooding and whatnot is screwing up their electrical infrastructure, so they are looking to table the mandate and make a decision in February. That's when the demand for oil for heating will ramp up and they may have to table it again.

An EV is not zero emission. Instead of running on gasoline, they run on coal. Why is that so hard to understand for the liberals?
