What a crappy day to be stuck inside.

Had planned on being at Fort Gibson all day until around 3:30 or 4:00, then the wife lets me know she called a plumber. It shouldn't take long though, he'll be in the area around 9:00.

12:00 coming on, still waiting, and Mr. Crappie has the following report from the dam: "Just had a customer, from the Oklahoma City area, telling me of the spoonbill and sandbass everyone was catching, on the wall, at the Dam. Pictures later.
Remember, it is Friday and you can not keep a spoonbill today. CATCH and RELEASE only..I don't make the rules only pass them along..."

This time last week. I was somewhere south of the Highway 9 bridge on Eufala. Wasn't catching anything but it didn't matter. Temps about the same as today but no wind. I have a picture of the lake that is as smooth as I have ever seen it.
