fully functional. very nice.

Most of the hipsters take selfies there.
It’s down in Wheeler district I believe, which is southwest of downtown across the river.

The Parkinson's Foundation held a fund-raiser walk there each May, and several other functions have been happening there.

It actually looks much nicer there than it did in Santa Monica on the pier.
