what is the best tex mex place in tulsa?

I am gonna be in Tulsa tonight and I love good tex mex. The places in texomaland suck. About the best I can get locally is driving to Sherman, TX for El Chico which is decent but not great.

My favorite Oklahoma places are Tarahumara's in Norman, Teds, and I like the Chile Rellenos at Abuelos but overall Abuelos is not one of my favorites.

But Costa Azul at 31st and highway 169 gets my vote for best Mexican...Chile Rellenos are really good, but so is everything else.

I just moved up here but my wife and I enjoy El Tequila at 5001 S Harvard Ave. Im sure there might be better out there but it's pretty tasty
