I was looking to get a new upper. I found one I like, but want others opinion. Looking for a target rifle with good accuracy out to about 450 yards.

Do you think I can build one with the same quality for cheaper?
Would a 20 inch barrel be better for me?
Should I stay with 5.56 or step up to the 6.8 or 6.5? (Already have stuff to reload .223)
