Actually, Musk's role will be an advisory position - he will not be able to create rules, laws, etc. He will only be able to make suggestions.

I agree to everyone that says it’s unconstitutional, bs, etc. The only shining light here is suppressors have gotten fairly inexpensive and tax stamps are coming back quick. You can get into a rimfire suppressor with stamp for under $300 and have it on your weapon in a couple months. Much better than it was 10 years ago imho
