What's going on: BA west of creek turnpike on 51st

West of turnpike on north side of 51st:

I've been wandering since it started, no signs at the project to show what's being built. Anyone know what's being built? They are putting lots of rock border in and there is a big fence around the whole project which sets off the roadway, they have cleared a lot out there but can't quite tell from the road what is going on?

Ha ha, That was actually my first thought, it sure doesn't look like a housing addition and it is right across from the PD training center, hmmm. But surely there is a Legitimate "cover story"

What kind of lift station? What's it lifting? Sorry I have no idea what's lift station is...

Haha, yeah I forget that most people don't speak construction. It's lifting water, typically sewage of some type. The City of Broken Arrow consolidated several lift stations into one and a lot of the pipes have had to be redone out in that area. I haven't been out that way for a couple of months, but maybe what you're seeing is part of this.
