Whats it worth

So a cousin offered to me a Ruger American 22lr bolt action with scope (Don't know what kind) & with a 25 round magazine, for $250.
Is this a deal I need to snatch up now, or is this about the going rate?

I wouldnt call it a great deal since a new one runs around $350 depending on where you get it. But its probably the going rate now days for a used one.
