I don't know a specific model because my wants always change based on whatever shiny object I see currently, but my grail watch is a Tag Heur. I've wanted one since I first saw one in a magazine back when I was around 18 or so.

Sigh ........ The Doxa 300T Professional Orange dial i have for sale - but as the days go by and my fundraising efforts bear more fruit , i may get to keep it

The level of hand watchmaking in these are mind blowing. I'm only a couple hundred thousand short (per watch), haha!

There's a hundred others I'd like to have, most of which are far more realistically attainable, but I'm a geek for the mechanics and craftsmanship in a watch, and these are among the best that've ever been made.
