Based on a cursory review of terrorist attacks in the EU, notably France and Great Britain, we can only assume that if something isn't done to stem the flow of Mideastern men that we will experience the attacks here much more often. Whether one likes Trump or not, he is correct in his immigration ban and the "journalist that insulted Trump, the Office of the Presidency and we, the American people is worse than what "it" called trump. I take it personal when someone insults this country.
A travel ban STILL DOESNT ADDRESS THE PROBLEM. The Manchester bomber was BORN IN BRITAIN, 3 of the subway bombers in 2005 were BORN IN BRITAIN and the other was a Muslim convert from friggin Jamaica. According to MI5, 50% of people arrested on terrorism charges are native Britons.
As for us, the Ft Hood shooter was BORN HERE, the Orlando nightclub shooter was BORN HERE, one of the San Bernadino shooters was BORN HERE and there's just too many to list. More than 80 percent of individuals who were charged with or died engaging in jihadist terrorism or related activities inside the United States have been U.S. citizens or permanent residents. It seems like everybody is still stuck on 9/11 when foreigners came here on visas. Foreigners are a miniscule part of the problem so when the travel ban fails to stop terrorists from acting here, can we finally move past this 9/11 mindset of "they might try to sneak in" cuz they're ALREADY here.
The point in your post should have been, no matter what nationality they are, they follow the muslim religion. That is the commonality of all of them.A travel ban STILL DOESNT ADDRESS THE PROBLEM.
