Where Might One Find a VEPR-12 Complete Ambi Selector?

well at the request of a friend I removed the ambi levers from a vepr 12...actually cutting and grinding smooth the tabs. Now I have acquired the gun and would like to put it back to ambi. I found the Krebs lever for the right hand side but unable to find the leftside thumb lever. Any ideas on sources?

Wont work with my gun and still doesnt fix my problem on the left side. I emailed several companies today and im pretty much SOL.
