From the looks of that bullet hole I'd say a homicide...

Looks like something from one of those fraternal groups like the masons or the elks ect.. but the bullet hole makes me wonder if it's military. Maybe Prussian or German since it's got the eagle

Nothing screams poor craftsmanship like wrinkles in your duct tape

those aren't bullet holes they are rivet holes and I will agree with milsurp2.0 I think it may be a German fireman's helmet I just haven't see this particular one.

Look like the stickers you can buy to put on your truck to show your are "tactical"

I can't tell from the picture very well I know most of those helmets had rivets in them in that location but the paint missing looks a bullet went through it.

I'm assuming the holes are rivets spots from where a visor may have been attached. But I'm probably erong

Eta: this one is a different helmet and no visor but it shows a large rivet in the same location.
