Seiko Champion ,manual wind. Dated December of 1964.....Even with the dented dial it is a great looking watch and runs well for its age..... It is kinda like me , a few dents and worn around the edges and as long as its warm outside I run pretty well 🤣 . View attachment 383108
I have a cousin who has a huge collection of vintage Omegas, he kindof dislikes Rolex, however he likes watches that show some wear, since it is like a memory imprinted on the watch.

What is interesting about the dents is if you look there are 2 main pressure points on the case back and the dial. Case back is snap on so you can see where some dill hole did this with some type of tool. Makes me wonder what was the person doing to have this total dumb*** moment LOL.

I’ve got a Sicura with a dent in the face, but it’s not a snap back. Not sure how it happens. It’s probably a good candidate for me to teach myself some basic watch repairs and change the face myself

The crystal gets broken. Most vintage watches have a plexiglass or hesalite crystal. Surprised as to how delicate they are.
