Which Watch are you wearing today?

Watch budget is shot to hell, but I've got an awesome project to start on soon! I bought it off an acquaintance I've met along my watchmaking journey. He now lives up in Michigan, but was kind enough to send it to me for inspection before I paid for it. I got this watch for about 1/2 off what they are currently selling for on eBay, and even then it was still expensive (for me), haha!

Too bad that does not have an exhibition case back. It is quite a fascinating movement.

This one actually has some major issues but it’s too cool not to wear. It lost 10 minutes twice earlier today but has done ok the last couple hours. Thank you @surjimmy for passing it to me!

More than likely may be fixed. Very nice watch, been very tempted to get the reissues.

Adam took a look at it. I wouldn’t mind putting a chinesium movement in it and just enjoying it.

If a new movement is necessary, I'd go with a Miyota 9015 or an Seiko NE35. Those movements are bulletproof and 10 feet tall. Not sure if they'd fit, but that's a question for Thor447. As for chinese movements I am not a fan. There have been several chinese watches that have hit the market that are pretty nice. However if anything does go wrong parts may be unavailable or repair extremely expensive, and may need repair often.
