After trying out a handful of two piece straps on the '55 Visodate, I think I've finally found the right one...a Corsica strap from Veblenist. Photos don't do it justice. It looks like a piece of vintage leather, with some nice patina and grain. Perfect for a 70 year old timepiece. The Wenge strap from Veblenist is now on my Oris 1917.

Seiko self winding Sports 70. Received for my 16th birthday. My father purchased via mail order from a company in Hong Kong back in the day. Seiko did not have a US presence then. Still works great & keeps accurate time. One of my favorites.
