Who’s into Smith and Wesson wheel guns?

Probably be easier to ask who's not into S&W revolvers.

I was not happy with my S&W wheel gun.
Or Ruger.
I like shooting cast bullets and seems these manufacturers do not know what it takes in the machining process to make a wheel gun without a pinch in the barrel where it attaches to the frame.

I must mention the chambers being different sizes.

If you just want the thing to go bang I suppose they work for that.
Maybe it was the newer model stuff of mine that is fail in that department.
I have not had anything from the 60's so can't comment on quality of those.

How was that.

Im a S&W fan, but not just their revolvers. I love the 1911s too. But I do need a break open to add to my collection.

I want a Smith 1917 and a 22/32 Kit gun again so bad. They are on my bucket list for sure. In fact if I ever win the lotto, they will be the first guns I buy.

At one time I had several but I'm now down to just two S&W revolvers....my 442 .38 spl. edc snubby and a 4" heavy barrel 10-8 .38 spl. that resides in the nightstand drawer next to the bed.
