Who can cut and thread a barrel?

I looking for someone who can cut down a Saiga 12 barrel and rethread. I want to cut it down the length of the muzzle break and weld a small bead so it will be legal.

What he said but I can skin a buck and run a trotline. But barrel cuts and threads should be left to professionals (or competent DIYers).

It will take more than "a small bead" to be legal. From ATF:

Permanent methods of attachment include full-fusion gas or electric steel-seam welding, high-temperature (1100°F) silver soldering, or blind pinning with the pin head welded over.
