Its bolt action and not a repeater like the 10/22 so you can still have a slow controlled rate of fire vs the natural desire to empty the mag like they do on TV. Heck, I want a 22. So I think in terms of longevity and overall spend a 22 rifle should be bought either way.</p></blockquote><p></p>
