If you look kind of spooky ghost stories without gore, I can recommend the 2018 movie called Winchester. Stars Helen Mirren as Sarah Winchester and the board of the Winchester company hires a doc to say she is crazy so they can take the company from her. The doc goes to the Winchester house to see if she is nuts. Anyway pretty decent flick you can watch on the Roku channel and probably others.

Helen Mirren is my all-time favorite actress. I have over 40 of her movies and the Prime Suspect series. She went from doing near porn in Caligula to very dramatic roles. She was still doing nude scenes while in her early 60s in The Love Ranch.
