If your in real immediate need, you can successfully form 32/20 from 7.62 Nagant brass (which is available @ Graf & son reloading).
Lube & run nagant brass into full length 32/20 sizer die, trim to length, then deburr inside & out then load. The nagant rim is slightly thinner and smaller in diameter but it has worked fine in every gun tried in.
