This is a case of smile with one side of your face, pat the workers on their backs and say "vote for me" and after the elections show the other side of the face and say "get out, you're fired" and twist the knife in their back as they are going out the door.

Government and the media and industry have become a Byzantine morass. So many complex laws are in place to benefit government and industry while obfuscating the facts that the people do not care about anything that cannot be expressed in a sound bite. There are armies of lawyers making things complex so that the public will not be interested or able to understand without better critical thinking skills and the time and interest to consider the issues.

All that being said, this situation is blatant and should be news. But it comes somewhere after Benghazi-gate and the Fast and Furious scandal.

I used to get pissed at the media for not reporting stuff. Take a honest look at who the media is and how it has changed. Local news is the only ones reporting news.

The main stream news media is nothing more than news commentary. Print news, internet news is nothing more than biased opinion blogs. TV news is too much about sensationalism to gain veiwers and advertisers.

If a local station doesnt report on it, then its biased propaganda, not to be trusted.

It was amazing on Sundays meet the press program. A republican brought up Benghazi. The moderator quickly shushed him, and said they would talk about it later in the program. It was never mentioned again.
