In the article, the eight-year-old’s mother thinks he’s innocent and his family thinks it’s a joke. The same kid has bullied before and put the same six-year-old in the hospital then too.

The little that did this needs to be put in a mental institution, but only after he is released from the hospital for the severe ass whooping that is needed. The parents need to be in prison or hung.

I'm so glad I don't live in Connecticut! If I did I'd pay the other boys parents a 'friendly' visit. The sad part its truly the eight y/o parents fault for not raising him better.
