Here is your answer, someone has to report it there's no one watching every second of video that gets uploaded.
Since a PD uploaded it I'm sure someone anti PD reported it.
Report the other ones you find and they'll get pulled too.
On a side note.
Never put anything on the net you don't want used against you in a court of law. The gopro mount on my motorcycle does not have a view of my speedometer... just sayin
