It is the plane that Brian Williams used to cover Custer's Last Stand at the Little Bighorn. BTW, I can't take credit for this as it came off of another forum.

Now, I read in an e-mail that the plane received those arrows when Obama flew over Oklahoma. He was discovered even though he went incognito in a smaller plane than Air Force One.

So, in this case, I guess Williams was also in Oklahoma. Somehow I missed seeing him.
