Many of us have fired a few rounds into some wet phone books in order to test bullet expansion...so paper can stop bullets if you have enough of it. Cellulose is amazing stuff. We have probably seen photos of cars cut in half when they crash into an oak tree. And, believe it or not, cellulose is being used to make the skin of aircraft wings. ...but more amazing than cellulose is the lack of smarts of some folks.
