There have been some interesting discussions about Section 230 and the implications of Facebook admitting to significant content modification and censorship and how those publishing actions make them lose their protections under Section 230. In other words, if they censor too much then they cross a line to where they are publishers and then liable for content and we all know they don’t want that.

Yes and no. SCOTUS ruled that the commission was biased, which denied the baker a fair trial. It punted on the First Amendment issue.
