Thought it'd be good to have a thread to keep track of Home Invasions in Oklahoma. Methods used, homeowner shot/killed and just importantly ... if thugs perpetuating home invasions are getting caught.

Robbers held group at gunpoint

Robbers held a group of Tulsans at gunpoint early Monday while stealing electronics and cash from their home, according to police.
Two men kicked in a door in the 10800 block of East 33rd Street about 2:50 a.m. before gathering the loot and fleeing in a pickup truck.
One of the men carried a semi-automatic pistol during the heist. He was described as black, about 6 feet tall and 200 pounds.
The man had a mustache, goatee and glasses with rectangular frames. He had a loud, deep voice. His accomplice was a white man who is about 5 feet 7 inches tall, weighs 150 pounds and had short black hair and a blonde goatee and mustache, police said.
The men fled in a newer model metallic brown or dark orange Chevrolet extended cab pickup truck.
Anyone with information about the robbery is asked to call or send a text message to Crime Stoppers at 596-COPS. Tips can also be sent to the Police Department online at tulsaworld.com/crimestoppers.
