you dont think the media has been or is biased in the reporting of the Zimmerman/Martin case?

Clue me in on Martins violent background as opposed to Zimmermans violent background.

This is rich. So now the media is biased in Zimmerman's favor? Seriously L.M.F.A.O.

GZ obviously sustained what may or may not have been life threatening injuries at the hands of TM before GZ shot TM. This evidence in and of itself is not conclusive. We still have no smoking gun so to speak due us never really knowing who in fact assaulted whom first with deadly force.

TM having weed in his system to me is as arbitrary as whether or not at his time of death he was left handed or right handed. I was under the impresion that weed suppresses agressive behavior, but then again I am only speaking with anecdotal evidence :wink2:

Still on the fence :anyone:

As long as we're just randomly throwing things out, Zimmerman is exactly the kind of person who shouldn't have been carrying a gun in the first place. A restrainining order over a domestic situation? Assaulting a police officer pleaded down to a misdemeanor? He wouldn't have even had his liscense to carry in Oklahoma. But Florida idn't as advanced as we are.

prescriptions for Adderall and temazepam... aren't you supposed to declare any drugs you take to get a CCW... I'm sure those two are on a list somewhere..

When it comes to stuff like this I try not to decide whether I think the guys guilty or not until I've heard the evidence. Because in America you are innocent until proven guilty .
Thats not true. Your thrown in jail on the whim of law enforcement until you can post bond, or prove your innocence. Stack the charges, and let the court settle it. \
We all know how fair the court system can be.

For me the issues are care about are:

1.) Observation and learning so that I can apply myself in correct thinking and actions should I be faced with a similar situation. Think like you want to act. Practice it just like you would drawing your weapon. It is in most cases MORE critical.

2.) How the fallout of this mess effects public perception and potentially my rights.

In those regards, I'm more concerned with Zimmerman's stupid actions prior to getting his clock cleaned. If he were concerned about a potentially dangerous individual, he should have kept his stupid butt in his vehicle and saved us all this hassle.
