There are a lot of "DONGS" in the gun business!
Most of them don't put it on their sign, but go on inside, and that's where you will find them, usually behind the counter.

I believe they take plastic also. Second Hand Rose is good people.
I have been treated both poorly and well at Dongs. My only conclusion is the same I see at my office. Some like their work, some don't. Some get paid well and others don't (which may or may not affect the first) I know exactly what Im after when I walk in the door (mostly reloading never firearms) so attitude rarely comes into play anymore.
It is a convienient place to visit on Sunday when I run out of something though.

Went to second hand rose a few months ago to pick up some parts for my cz527. they know their stuff and every employee was willing to come over and check out my rifle and see what i needed and make sure i got the right parts. A++ for these guys.
