Of all the places I did not expect this type of legislation to be proposed, Missouri is near the top of the list.

Where I am from in Missouri I can assure you they are, and have been, contacting their legislators to voice their opposition. But Missouri has the same issues as New York & Illinois, although to a lesser extent - meaning the densely populated areas (KC & STL) filled with government sponges wielding too much influence in voting. I hope that this doesn't come to pass in my home state, it would truly disgust me.

And some of you believe voting is a "right". Only vested property owners should be permitted to vote. Otherwise, those in cities on the public tit will vote for largesse to strip everyone of their rights and your property/possessions. It's only a matter of time...
