I have AT&T Yahoo homepage and can access all the cartoons from there. But, I do miss Tumbleweeds. Always read it when I was younger, wish they hadn't stopped making it.

i was in the same military unit he was in over in Germany. (forgot his real name). I arrived just as he was leaving and moved into an off-post apartment he had occupied.
The guy left a stack of personal favorites, 4 daily strips per page,probably 40-50 pages, in the closet of the room i rented. really funny stuff when you can read it like a book.
This was about the same time the county commisioner scandal was going on in Oklahoma. He really laid in on them. I heard his stuff was banned in OK for a while.
Tequila drinking ambassador swatting imaginary crap..funny sh(t.
Do have to admit his stuff is funnier when you can read 2 months of it at a time.

The magazine these artist cartooned for was Playboy..about the late 50's through the 1980's. Loved those "thought provoking " cartoons!!! Great articles, too.

I loved Calvin & Hobbes. Also, FarSide and B.C.. There used to be one on TV called Eek, the cat which was pretty funny and also one about two cavemen, Bill & Scooter (I think it was called The Terrible Thunderlizards).
