Years ago I worked for a guy that said he went home early one day and his back had been hurting for some time.
Said wife and kids weren't home yet, he went looking for tylenol, ibuprofen, whatever he could find.
He claimed the only pain reliever in the house was his wife's Pamprin and he swore it was the best over the counter pain med he ever took.
Also said he never told his wife what he did.

You could sell Pamprin at the gun shows, just tell those old boys "You've got a rifle, dontcha? Think about your wife for a second. Now this here Pamprin is a lot lighter to carry than having to wear body armor with a heavy duty plate to stop rifle rounds!"
