I have plenty of 22 and that is what i will be shooting for the next few years.I will keep the 9mm for once every few months special occasion.

I’ve been looking for 100gr Winchester .243 for over 2 months in Ponca City. You can’t find it here. I’m going to OKC next weekend. I’ll scour the city there. Wish me luck.

I just looked, but I don’t have any Winchester. However, I have several boxes of Federal .243 if that will work in a pinch. I live in Guthrie.

I agree, I've got a gut feeling that the ammo and reloading component shortage is going to get considerably worse before it gets any better.

Don't know how I managed it but I've got a little extra jingle in my jeans that I was considering using to purchase another handgun with but instead I believe now that I'll purchase more reloading supplies.......not looking forward to paying out the nose (within reason) but I guess a mans gotta do what a mans gotta do.

Read that we might see prices rise another 25% before long. Also, it’s being reported that all the major ammunition producers are back ordered until 2022.

I know several people who have well over 100k primers as well as powder and projectiles to go with them. So I'm sure with their plinking they will see their way through this shortage, this happens almost every election cycle, but I think this one is going to be way worse than Sandy Hook.

When I get back to work and they are available again I will too.

When I first started reloading I thought that if I bought 1000 primers, I'd never get through them. How times change!

Took a few friends to USSA this weekend and almost every bay was taken on a Sunday. We blew through a few thousand rounds, but they were new to the gun scene and fell in love.

Then I let them know, ammo was running about the price of a new handgun for a decent amount of rounds. Traded another member a 1000 rounds of .40 for some 9mm and told them that box of 1000 rounds would sell for about the same as 2 Ruger SR 9s they liked. I think they will stick to a new 22lr for now. Sad situation.

I don’t think the Sandy Hook ammo scare is going to come anywhere close to what I suspect this one is going to turn out to be.
Whatever prices are right now (if a person can even find ammo) could be three times as much by this time next year especially if the whore ends up in the oral office.

Only three times as much .... that'll sound pretty good by that time. But then if the vice hoe should have become President hoe by then, and assumed full power, it won't matter anyway. Any sale of guns or ammo would be a felony by then, so who cares what it might cost?

Assuming the Republican's keep the Senate, what could a President do by Executive Order that was not already tried by Obama? Just wondering if I am missing something.
