May be AWOL for a bit

Well... I finally got a cell phone, with Straight Talk. One of the girls that work for us recently got a new one and it works pretty good here, including the Hot Spot. So I had her pick one up just like hers for us.

However... our zip codes are different. So they set mine up with ATT instead of T-mobile, and ATT don't do the Hot Spot thingy with Straight Talk.

I'm in the transition period at the moment (until sometime this evening or tonight), so I still have dialup. But when the land-line shuts down, I'm not sure how things will go. I'm going to try and get it changed to T-mobile if I can.

Anywho... y'all don't worry if I don't show up for a while.

Well...

Turns out the Straight Talk tech person was more less right and wrong.

The phone is AT&T, but 2 days ago they modified the agreement or something and now the Hot Spot works with the AT&T card.

My ol' XP computer is hot-spottin' along right now.

However, I had to make it an open network to connect. It keeps asking for a "key," and I don't know what/where that is located.

Any ideas?
