The one I miss is Patio Frozen Mexican Dinners. Those got me thru some penny pinching times. Of course in todays economy they would not be as cheap anymore.

Patio Mexican frozen dinners are the bomb after a night of adult beverages.....and they're the bomb the next morning too.

2X on that !!! i tried those hungry man frozen mexican dinners ,, Lame, beans and rice was runny ,enchiladas were not worth eating,, my cats liked them.

My Dad used to tell me about his summers where he would 'steal' a salt shaker from the house. Then, during his adventures, he'd raid gardens around town for his meals.

Dad told me something similar. As a kid he carried a combo salt and pepper shaker and probably a pocket knife, they’d eat from the neighbors’ Victory gardens while they were running around being kids. He said everyone had a garden back then.
