The area around Meridian and I-40 gets worse by the day. Coming into Norman from the south, I looked east on the river and saw a bunch of tents on the banks.

There is WAY more PCP use in OK. I have probably seen more PCP cases in the last 6 mo than 10 years in Seattle.
