I bought a couple of toilet seats at Lowes before and installed them and then found out they were cheaply made. I took them back fora. refund and the gal said that they didn't refund used toilet seats due to CDC rules or similar. I explained that I only installed them, I didn't use them. Finally, she offered to call the a manager and he came up and told them to refund what I'd paid. So they don't like to refu nd on toilet seats.
